New here but since there's been over 350 views with no reply I'd add (for posterity)... No, for steps 6 & 7, do not unzip the sound package. It should be copied to the USB as a .zip. The PS1 board will process the file on the next startup and the PS1 board will generate the appropriate folders and files for that package. It will take some time and the board will play a standard music loop with a periodic "% convergence" message until the entire process completes. After that,and a machine restart the USB will have a new folder with the appropriate sound package. Also, there is a newer .psrom update for the Pinsound1 available.
